Refund policy

At Ainaura, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Personal care items such as perfumes/attars after opening

  • Perishable items such as dates once opened

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was from our side.
